1. I'd like to see us double our trophies from 56 to 112.
2. I'd like to see us double our average UTR gain from .57 to 1.14 points, and for one player to jump more than 2 UTR points in a single year.
3. I'd like to see us as an academy average 8 students per away tournament in 2023 and I'd like to see 16 MMTA students attend a single away event as a team.
4. I'd like to see 5 students in the top 20 for their age group in the state, and I'd like to see 3 students in the top 10.
5. I'd like us to win 5 level 5 tournament matches, and 2 level 4 matches.
6. I'd like to see 4 students move into the 3 UTR range, 3 players into the 4 UTR range, & 2 Players move into the 6 UTR range.
7. I'd like to see us win 14 tournaments.

UTR POWER MEMBERSHIPS
Moore's Mill Tennis Academy is an UTR Academy. We have partnered with the platform to bring sanction play and all of its other many benefits right here to our backyard. To afford the platform, UTR grants us 25 power memberships (PM's). UTR PM's have several perks (check the link), but perhaps its most prominent benefit is that it discounts all UTR registrations by $12. Most events we host have two divisions, singles & doubles ($24 worth of discounts with PM per event), and we will be hosting 6 events next year; additionally, for those that plan to attend our summer camp, we utilized the UTR platform each week for one sanctioned match day (8 weeks or $96 in potential savings). In short, there is $240 worth of savings available to you with the purchase of a power membership just at Moore's Mill alone in 2023. There's also numerous other benefits like in-depth player stats and tracking tools. If you're considering a PM, we would greatly appreciate your support by securing your PM through MMTA. ACADEMY
RESTRUCTURE
Don’t let the heading scare you. Our whole heart behind any restructure is to help make our academy environment even more effective. At the commencement of the fall 2022 semester, we had roughly 12 students in the 200/300 academy class. By way of graduations & additions, we doubled and finished the semester averaging over 20 students per academy practice.
Growth is wonderful! And, I’m thankful to the Lord He continues to send us driven talented players; however, the present structure of the academy does not allow for much more growth. This challenge is the product of a few matters, possessing only 7 courts, the departure of coaches this past fall, & the ever-changing dynamic within academy as it relates to skill level.
If current trends continue we will need to restructure sooner than later. We’d like to beta test a new schedule in May of 2023. We will continue with the present schedule until then. We will beta test the new schedule before the summer and work out any “kinks” before relaunching it come August 2023.

The below rosters will go into effect starting January 2023. Congratulations to all those graduating to a new academy class, you did it! If you are not pleased with your academy class placement, the good news is you have 4 months until the beta tested schedule is put into place and then an additional 2 months over the summer to get yourself graduated to your ideal academy class. Put the time in on the courts and achieve your goals!
