COMMIT YOUR WAY TO THE LORD; TRUST IN HIM, AND HOOASA (HE WILL ACT).

ABOUT

HOOASA exists to develop disciplined competitors through purposeful training, intentional coaching, and a long-term commitment to excellence. Designed for motivated junior athletes, the academy combines technical instruction, physical development, competitive experience, and mental performance training into a comprehensive program that prepares players for success both on and off the court.

Whether a player is beginning their tournament journey or pursuing national-level competition, HOOASA provides a structured pathway designed to maximize each athlete's potential.

COMPREHENSIVE

At HOOASA, development extends well beyond stroke production. Athletes participate in a comprehensive training system that combines purposeful on-court instruction with tennis-specific strength and conditioning, tactical education, and weekly mindset seminars. Every component of the program is intentionally designed to build technically sound, physically prepared, mentally resilient competitors capable of performing under pressure.

This integrated approach creates a performance environment rarely found at the regional level and provides athletes with the tools necessary for sustained, long-term growth.

THREE PATHWAYS

Recognizing that every family's schedule and every athlete's ambitions are different, HOOASA offers three distinct training pathways. Two part-time options accommodate students attending traditional school, while a full-time academy is available for athletes pursuing flexible or alternative educational arrangements.

Each pathway builds upon the previous one, allowing players to progress as their commitment, ability, and competitive goals continue to grow.

FUTURES

Build the Foundation. Begin the Journey.

HOOASA Futures (previously Academy 150) is the academy's introductory high-performance program for motivated players actively involved with tournament play or seeking to break into the tournament scene. Athletes receive up to six weekly hours of purposeful on-court training while developing sound technical fundamentals, athletic movement, competitive habits, and match awareness.

The program prepares players to compete confidently at USTA Level 7 and Level 6 tournaments while establishing the foundation necessary for advancement into HOOASA Challengers.

HOOASA Futures Players are generally less than a 2 UTR

CHALLENGERS

Train with Purpose. Compete with Confidence.

HOOASA Challengers is designed for athletes ready to make tournament competition a central part of their development. With up to ten weekly on-court training hours, players refine advanced technical skills, strengthen tactical decision-making, and develop the consistency required to compete successfully at USTA Level 5 and Level 4 events.

Through increased training volume, higher expectations, and greater competitive demands, Challengers bridges the gap between developing tournament players and elite junior competitors.

HOOASA Challenger players range from 2-7 UTR

FULL-TIME

Pursue Excellence.

HOOASA Full-Time represents the academy's highest level of training and is designed for athletes pursuing regional, sectional, national, and international competition. Players receive up to sixteen weekly on-court hours, including six hours of private or semi-private instruction, creating an individualized training environment tailored to each athlete's long-term goals.

The program prepares players for success at USTA Levels 3, 2, and 1 while providing the structure and coaching necessary to compete on the ITF Junior Circuit and beyond.

*pricing flexibility available for those HOOASA players competing for school teams in the spring and therefore unable to attend all practice sessions. Players are reminded that less than 1% on high-school tennis players play division 1 tennis. Accordingly, if seeking to play at the highest levels of collegiate tennis, players are encouraged to bypass high-school tennis and instead remain active at the academy training setting and junior tennis circuit as much as possible.
