PHOTO RELEASE

As part of the Moore's Mill Tennis Academy experience, we occasionally capture photos and videos during practices, matches, and events to highlight player development, celebrate achievements, and promote the program through social media, websites, and printed materials.

Please indicate your preference regarding your child’s participation in promotional media:

Photo Release
YES, I give permission for Moore's Mill and its representatives to photograph, video, and/or record my child during academy activities. I understand these materials may be used in promotional and educational content, including social media, the Moore's Mill website, and printed publications.
NO, I do not give permission for Moore's Mill to photograph or record my child for promotional purposes. I understand that efforts will be made to exclude my child from media, but that group settings may sometimes make this difficult.
